Peel and finely chop the garlic and 1 onion. Wash and chop the pepperoni and herbs. Mix everything with 1 tsp. salt, 5 tbsp. oil and paprika powder. Rinse meat, dab dry, dice and mix with the marinade. Cover and put in a cool place for about 3 hours
For the sauce, peel 1 onion and grate finely. Crush the coriander finely in a mortar or crush it with the back of a knife. Mix yoghurt, onion, lemon juice, coriander and 1 tbsp. oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper and allow to soak
Peel and quarter 2 onions. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Put them with the onions alternately on 4 skewers. Put the meat on 6-8 skewers. Put the marinade aside. Put the skewers on the grill over the fat pan or on the grill rack
Spread the skewers with the marinade. Roast in the oven or on a hot grill for 10-15 minutes at high heat, turning frequently. Serve with coriander dip, herbs and lemon. Serve with flat bread, French fries or rice
