Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4-6 leaves Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 small bunch of radishes
  • 200 g Deep-sea crab meat
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sherry Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon

Directions

    Wash the lettuce leaves and pluck into pieces. Clean and wash the radishes and cut them into thin sticks. Line 4 glasses with salad. Mix radishes and prawns. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar.

    Add oil. Pour the marinade over the shrimp cocktail and serve. Garnish with lemon. Serve with toast.
