Ingredients

  • 1 Bread roll (from the previous day)
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 100 g Sheep's cheese
  • 250 g minced lamb
  • 250 g Minced beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp Garlic powder
  • 500 g Cutting beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 1 Shallot
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed pink berries
  • 1/2 bunch Thyme

Directions

    Soak rolls in water. Peel and chop the onion and sauté in 1 tablespoon of hot oil. Dice the feta cheese. Mix minced meat, squeezed out roll, egg and onion, season with salt, pepper, thyme and garlic. With moistened hands form meatballs, incorporating a piece of feta cheese in each.

    Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan. Brown the meatballs in it and take them out. Then continue to roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 8 minutes. In the meantime, clean the beans and cut them into rhombs. Cook in boiling salted water for about 7 minutes. Peel and dice potatoes and cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Peel and chop the shallot. Drain the beans. Heat butter. Sauté the beans and shallot.
