Wash, clean and dice the tomatoes. Clean, slice and wash the leek. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. In the meantime heat oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat for about 6 minutes while turning it.
After 4 minutes, add leek and tomatoes and fry. Stir in tomato paste and add stock. Season with basil and oregano. Bring to the boil and season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Drain the pasta through a sieve, put it back into the pot, fold in the sauce and arrange on plates
