Three kinds of meatballs

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Bread roll (from the previous day)
  • 1 kg mixed minced meat
  • 1 Egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 75 g Cashew nuts
  • 1 large banana
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry
  • 2 small fully ripe pears
  • 75 g blue cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 - 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 small green peppers
  • 1/2 glass (26.5 g) Anchovy fillets
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Soak the rolls in cold water, then squeeze them. Knead minced meat, roll and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Divide into 3 portions. Roast the cashew nuts in a dry pan.

    Peel and slice the banana. Knead with 1 part minced meat. Flavour with curry. Pears wash, halve, remove core. Cut pulp into small pieces. Dice cheese.

    Knead with the 2nd part mince and season with paprika. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Clean, wash and chop the paprika. Rinse and chop the anchovies. Knead with remaining mince and season with coloured pepper.

    Form 4 meatballs each. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meatballs for 4-5 minutes on each side. Arrange and garnish as desired.
