  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame seed
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 walnut-sized piece of ginger
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Sesame Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 1 TABLESPOON light soy sauce

    Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat, remove and let cool. Peel garlic, onion and ginger. Finely dice garlic and onion, grate ginger. Mix oil, lime juice, honey and soy sauce. Stir in sesame, garlic, onion and ginger. Pour into a small bowl
