Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat until golden brown, remove. Clean and wash the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into slices. Clean and wash the chilli pepper, cut lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into open rings. Wash lime hot, grate dry, grate peel. Halve lime, squeeze juice
Drain the pasta in a sieve, rinse with cold water, drain. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Steam chillies and cucumber slices in it for about 1 minute, put them in a bowl with drained noodles. Add 2-3 tbsp. oil, 1 tsp. sugar, lime juice and lime zest, mix, season with salt and pepper and leave to marinate
Peel the garlic and cut into pieces. Mix 4 tablespoons sesame seeds, garlic, 2 tablespoons oil, soy sauce and 2-3 tablespoons water in the universal chopper to a thick paste. Stir in yoghurt and remaining sesame seeds, if necessary season again with some soy sauce.
Wash the coriander, shake dry. Pluck the leaves from the stalks, except for a little for garnishing, and cut them roughly. Stir the coriander into the pasta salad, season again
Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into thin strips. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat for 3-4 minutes while turning, remove from heat and stir in sesame paste. Arrange noodle salad and sesame meat on plates, garnish with coriander
