Scrambled eggs with crispy bacon

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 2 discs Bacon
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash the chives, shake dry, cut into fine rings. Brush a coated pan with oil. Put the slices of bacon flat in it and let it crisp from both sides. Take out the finished bacon and let it drip off

    In the meantime, whisk eggs, chives and milk, season with salt and pepper. Add the egg mixture to the hot bacon fat and allow to set, stirring occasionally. Arrange bacon and scrambled eggs on plates
