Finely dice the pepper, onion and garlic. Cut the chilli lengthwise, remove the seeds and chop finely. Mix ketchup, vinegar and oil. Stir in paprika, onion, garlic and chilli. Season to taste with salt, chilli powder and sugar.
Grill the sausage snails on the preheated grill for 8-10 minutes while turning. Brush with half of the honey marinade 2-3 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Add half of the salsa.
