Ingredients

  • 600 g Turkey Breast
  • 125 ml Sauce satay (sauce épicée aux cacahuètes d'Asialaden)
  • 8 Sticks of lemongrass
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sesame
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Sesame Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lime juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon leaves and lime

    Wash the turkey breast and pat dry. Cut the meat into very thin strips about 3 cm wide. Spread with the satay sauce and let it stand for about 40 minutes. Then pull the accordion-like on the lemon grass. Sprinkle skewers with sesame seeds and fry for 3-4 minutes in hot sesame oil, turning. Sprinkle with a few drops of lime juice. Serve garnished with lemon leaves and lime slices as desired
