Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 50 g Diced ham
  • 2–3 Onions
  • 1 small apple
  • 300 g green bacon (pre-order at the butcher)
  • 250 g Pork flomen (to be turned by the butcher)
  • 1/2 potty fresh marjoram (or 1 tsp dried marjoram)
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Salt

Directions

  1. 1

Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the diced ham in it for 2-3 minutes until crispy, remove. Peel onions and cut into cubes. Wash and quarter the apple, remove the core and also dice the apple.

  2. 2

Finely dice the bacon and slowly heat it up in a pot together with the pork flomen. When the greaves start to brown, add the onions and apple and fry. Remove the lard from the stove and fold in the diced ham.

  3. 3

Wash the marjoram, dab dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and add to the lard as well. Season with salt, fill into prepared, sterilized glasses and close. Leave to cool slightly. Place in the refrigerator to set.

  4. 4

Tin loaf white bread tastes good with it.
