Ingredients

  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 knife tip Baking Powder
  • 200 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 100 g white couverture
  • 100 g Whole milk couverture
  • 7-10 Tbsp Decor confetti, sugar sprinkles and pearls magic
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film
  • baking paper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Disposable piping bag

Directions

    Put flour, baking powder, butter in flakes, sugar, salt, vanillin sugar and egg into a mixing bowl and knead with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Then work it into a smooth dough quickly with cool hands. Wrap in foil and chill for 30 minutes. Roll out half of the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of approx. 1 cm. Refrigerate the rest.

    Cut out or cut out with boot shapers or self-painted stencils. Process the rest of the dough in the same way. Place on 2 baking sheets lined with baking paper. Bake the trays one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cool down on a grid. Finely chop the white and whole milk couverture and separately melt the bowls over a hot water bath (white couverture must not get too hot!). Cover half of the boots with white, the other half with whole milk couverture. Decorate the boots with confetti, sugar sprinkles and pearl magic. Fill the rest of the couverture into 2 disposable piping bags and cut off a very small tip each.

    Remove from the oven and let them cool down on a grid. Finely chop the white and whole milk couverture and separately melt the bowls over a hot water bath (white couverture must not get too hot!). Cover half of the boots with white, the other half with whole milk couverture. Decorate the boots with confetti, sugar sprinkles and pearl magic. Fill the rest of the couverture into 2 disposable piping bags and cut off a very small tip each. Decorate the boots with it and paint on stockings and buttons
