Spread toast slices thinly with butter on one side each. Roast the nuts in a pan without fat. Take them out, let them cool down a little and chop them finely. Simmer cheese, starch and crème fraîche in a pot for 1-2 minutes while stirring. Season cream with salt and pepper
Wash the rocket, shake dry. Spread cream on the unbuttered side of 4 slices of toast. Sprinkle with the ground nuts. Place the rocket, one folded slice of ham and another slice of toast on top, buttered side out.
Heat up the sandwich maker. Bake the sandwiches in it in portions for about 5 minutes until they are golden brown. Remove, quarter and serve immediately
