Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 750 g Chicken filet
  • 3 Organic lemons
  • 3 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 3-4 Tbsp Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 pack of Naan bread (4 pieces; 235 g)
  • 1 package (250 g) sour cream
  • 8 wooden skewers

Directions

  1. 1

Wash the meat and dab dry. First cut into strips of about 1.5 cm, then into pieces (about 3 x 3 cm). Put on skewers.

  2. 2

Wash 1 lemon thoroughly, finely grate the peel. Halve lemon and squeeze juice. Wash parsley, shake dry and pluck off leaves. Chop the leaves finely, except for a little to garnish.

  3. 3

Heat the oil in a very large frying pan. Fry the meat skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side. Then season with salt, pepper, sugar, lemon zest and juice.

  4. 4

In the meantime, bake bread in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for 6-8 minutes. Wash the remaining lemons, grate dry and cut into slices.

  5. 5

Mix sour cream with chopped parsley, arrange and garnish with parsley. Remove bread from the oven. Arrange skewers on plates, garnish with lemon slices. Add bread and sour cream.
