Sandwich with bacon and tomato

Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON mayonnaise
  • 2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 discs Sandwich toast
  • 10 Stem(s) Rocket
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 1–2 green, pickled peppers
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Oil
  • 5 discs Bacon

Directions

    Mix mayonnaise and lemon juice. Toast bread. Clean and wash the rocket and drain thoroughly. Cut tomato and pepperoni into slices

    Grease a small pan with oil. Put the slices of bacon flat in it, fry until crispy and take them out. Spread mayonnaise on the bread slices, cover 1 slice of bread with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and pepperoni. Place the remaining slice of bread on top and serve. Garnish as you like with cherry tomatoes and olives
