  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 4-5 Stem(s) Dill
  • 350 g Double cream cheese
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 3-4 Tsp Cream horseradish (glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

    Dice the salmon, mash it. Wash the dill, chop finely. Mix double cream cheese, whipped cream and creamed horseradish. Add salmon and dill. Season the spread with a little salt and pepper.
