Salad wraps with tuna

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 half red pepper
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 can(s) Tuna with own juice
  • 6 large Iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Mayonnaise
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon or lime juice
  • 1 half tsp sweet paprika powder

Directions

    Clean and wash the spring onion, bell pepper and tomatoes. Cut the spring onion into thin rings, dice the bell pepper and tomatoes finely. Drain the tuna. Rinse lettuce leaves and dab dry, cut off the stem attachments.

    Mix mayonnaise, lemon or lime juice and paprika powder. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in vegetables and tuna, season to taste with salt and pepper.

    In the lower third of each lettuce leaf, spread some of the tuna mixture as an elongated strip. Whip the lettuce leaf once over the stuffing, then fold the edges and roll the leaf upwards. Prepare 6 wraps in this way.
