Salad with turkey and peach

Ingredients

  • 2 Peaches
  • 1/2 Head oak leaf salad
  • 1/2 Head green salad
  • 7-10 Tbsp some hair salad
  • 2 (125 g each) Turkey escalope
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS s
  • 7-10 Tbsp tomato and chili salsa)
  • 1 TABLESPOON pickled green pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon

    Carve peaches crosswise, blanch with boiling water and quench. Peel off the skin. Cut peaches in half and stone them. Fruit-

    Clean, wash and drain the salads and pluck them into bite-sized pieces. Wash turkey, dab dry and cut into strips

    Heat the oil and fry the meat for approx. 5 minutes, turning it over. Season with salt and pepper. Remove meat from the pan and set aside

    Stir the seasoning sauce, green pepper, 4 tablespoons of water and lemon juice into the cooking fat and bring to the boil. Let the sauce cool down. Arrange salads, peach wedges and meat with the sauce on a plate. Baguette tastes good with it

    Drink: cool rosé wine
