  • 8 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Mustard
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse white pepper

    For the vinaigrette, whisk vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and honey. Add oil drop by drop to the vinaigrette. Garnish with dill and sprinkle with coarse white pepper
