Raclette with pork, mango, mushrooms and cheese

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 150 g blue cheese
  • 12 discs Kasseler cold cuts (à approx. 25 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint leaves

Directions

    Peel mangoes. First cut the flesh from the stone, then cut into slices. Cut the cheese into cubes. Line pans with mango. Cover each pan with a slice of smoked pork and some cheese cubes.

    Season with curry and pepper. Bake until the cheese melts.
