Mix pudding powder with sugar. Stir with 100 ml milk until smooth. Bring 500 ml milk to the boil, remove from the heat and stir in the custard powder. Simmer for 1 minute while stirring. Pour into a bowl, cover with foil and chill.
For the chocolate sauce, chop the chocolate finely. Heat the cream and melt the chocolate in it. Cut melon into eighths, remove seeds and cut the flesh from the skin. Wash and halve the plum, remove the stone. Cut plum into slices. Wash and sort raspberries if necessary. Put fruit alternately on wooden skewers. Stir pudding smooth, stir in brittle. Pour into 4 bowls.
