Ingredients

  • 800 g Celeriac
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter or margarine
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Peel, wash and cut the celery into pieces. Peel and chop the onion. Heat the fat in a pot and fry the onion and celery. Add stock, bring to the boil, cover and cook for about 15 minutes.

    Mash vegetables, stir in crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper.
