  • 400 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 1 jar (0.1 g) Saffron
  • 100 g Dark chocolate coating

Directions

    Finely grate the marzipan. Add saffron and knead well with your hands. Shape the marzipan into a loaf. Cut the surface several times at an angle to form a loaf of bread. Coarsely chop the couverture and melt it in a hot water bath.

    Cover marzipan bread with chocolate coating and leave to dry for 2 hours. Cut marzipan bread into 12 slices and serve.
