  • 750 g Strawberries
  • 1 (approx. 1.5 kg) large pineapple
  • 8 Kiwis
  • 750 g white candy
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 2 (each 0.75 l) Bottles of brown rum (54% by volume)

Directions

    Wash and clean the strawberries. Peel and quarter the pineapple and cut out the hard stalk. Cut the flesh into pieces. Peel and slice the kiwis. Layer fruits and candy in a rum pot.

    Carve the vanilla pod lengthwise and add. Pour rum over it so that it stands at least 1 cm above the fruit. Weigh down the fruits with a plate. Close the rum pot and let it stand for about 2 weeks
