  • 2 Tomatoes (about 100 g each)
  • 1 green chili pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Aiwar (spicy-hot spice paste; from the glass)

    Wash, clean and finely dice the tomatoes. Cut the chilli pepper open, remove the seeds. Chop the pod finely. Mix tomatoes, chilli pepper and spice paste. Arrange in a small bowl
