  • 7-10 Tbsp about 250 g each of strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries, currants, cherries, plums and apricots
  • 1 kg brown candy
  • 2 (each 0.7 l) Bottles of rum (54 %)

Directions

    Cleaning, washing and sorting fruit. Stone cherries and plums. Briefly blanch the apricots with boiling water, peel the skin, quarter and stone them. Layer the fruits with the candy in a rum pot and pour over the rum. The fruits must be covered. Close the rum pot and let it stand for a few weeks. Fill into small glasses as a gift
