- 7-10 Tbsp about 250 g each of strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries, currants, cherries, plums and apricots
- 1 kg brown candy
- 2 (each 0.7 l) Bottles of rum (54 %)

Cleaning, washing and sorting fruit. Stone cherries and plums. Briefly blanch the apricots with boiling water, peel the skin, quarter and stone them. Layer the fruits with the candy in a rum pot and pour over the rum. The fruits must be covered. Close the rum pot and let it stand for a few weeks. Fill into small glasses as a gift
