Ingredients

  • 2 Egg Yolk
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 2 1/2 TABLESPOONS Cornstarch
  • 460 ml Milk
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Rum

Directions

    Beat egg yolks and sugar until creamy. Mix starch and 100 ml milk until smooth and stir into the egg yolk-sugar mixture. Bring 360 ml milk to the boil and gradually stir into the starch mixture with a whisk.

    Pour the milk back into the pot and bring to the boil while stirring. Stir in rum.
