Ingredients

  • 2 Egg Yolk
  • 75 g Dark chocolate
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 2 1/2 TABLESPOONS Cornstarch
  • 1/2 l Milk

Directions

    Beat egg yolks and sugar until creamy. Chop the chocolate. Mix starch and 100 ml milk until smooth and stir into the egg yolk-sugar mixture. Bring the remaining ##milk## to the boil and gradually stir into the starch mixture with a whisk.

    Pour the milk back into the pot and bring to the boil while stirring. Stir in ##chocolate##.
