Roulade with olive tapenade

  • 1 small green, red and yellow peppers
  • 8 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 4 Rolls of beef
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Olive tapenade

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Wash the thyme, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Season roulades with salt and pepper. Spread 2 tbsp. tapenade and 2 tbsp. strips of paprika on the roulades.

    Sprinkle with thyme.
