Ingredients

  • 2 kg Pears
  • 2 kg Rose hips
  • 750 g Sugar
  • 1 package Preserving help

Directions

    Wash pears and rose hips thoroughly and cut into pieces. Put fruit in a pot, mash them with a masher and add one litre of water. Bring everything to the boil and pour through a stretched gauze cloth.

    Squeeze the fruit pulp well. Boil up the fruit juice and sugar again. Stir in the preserving aid, fill the juice into bottles and close them immediately. Shake well before use.
