Rose punch with white wine and aperol

Ingredients

  • 10 untreated roses
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Aperol (liqueur)
  • 1 l sweet white wine
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Rose water
  • 0,7 l dry champagne

Directions

    Carefully remove rose petals from the stems. Wash the leaves and dab them slightly dry. Pour aperol, white wine, rose water and rose petals into a punch bowl and leave to stand for 1-2 hours. Before serving, fill up with sparkling wine and if necessary season again with a little rose water.
