Ingredients

Servings: 16
  • 1 roll (à 270 g) Puff pastry (cooling shelf)
  • 16 Carrots
  • 2 Egg yolk (Gr. M)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 16 long wooden skewers

Directions

    Roll 1 roll (270 g) of puff pastry (refrigerator shelf). Cut lengthwise into 16 strips. Peel and wash 16 carrots and wrap each with 1 strip of dough. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Whisk 2 egg yolks and 5 tbsp.

    milk and brush with it. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 180 °C/gas: see manufacturer) for 12-15 minutes. Insert 16 long wooden skewers into the rockets from below. Herb curd cheese goes well with them.
