Ingredients

  • 2 Turkey breasts (à 1,3-1,5 kg)
  • 7 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS TK-"Ital. Herbs"
  • 150 g Bacon
  • 1/4 l clear soup
  • 10 tablespoons (100 ml) Maple syrup
  • 7-10 Tbsp or liquid honey
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Chilli powder

    Wash the turkey breasts and pat them dry. Heat 5 tablespoons of oil. Brown the meat one after the other all around. Season with salt and pepper

    Sprinkle 1 breast with 1 tablespoon of frozen herbs, wrap with bacon. Roast both on the fat pan in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for approx. 1 1/4 hours. After approx. 25 minutes pour on broth

    Mix maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of oil and chilli. Brush the breast without bacon with half of the mixture after 30 minutes. Sprinkle bacon breast with rest of herbs. Slice and arrange
