Knead butter in pieces, 75 g icing sugar, flour, vanillin sugar and egg first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then with your hands to a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in foil and chill for about 30 minutes. Prepare small slips of paper (approx. 7 x 7 cm) with sayings
Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of about 3 mm. Cut out a total of approx. 16 piglets (approx. 5 x 8 cm) and cloverleaves (approx. 6 cm Ø) and cut a hole in the middle with a punched spout (1.4 cm Ø). Knead the remains again and again, roll out again. Spread the biscuits on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 12-14 minutes. Remove the cookies, place them on a cake rack with the baking paper and let them cool down
Beat the egg white until stiff, add 250 g icing sugar. Divide the icing into 3 small bowls. Colour 1/3 icing pink with red and yellow food colouring, colour 1/3 green. Fill about 1/3 of each icing into a piping bag. Cut off a small tip from each piping bag. Spray a thin edge around each cookie with one colour or spray it with the spray beforehand. Dilute the remaining icing in the bowls with 1 teaspoon of water. Pour the diluted mixture into 1 piping bag, cut off a small tip and fill the free areas with it. Leave to dry and decorate with the remaining solid icing and pearls or sprinkle with pink sugar. Leave to dry. Put a lucky charm in each cookie
