Ingredients

  • 2 Protein (Gr. M)
  • 70 g flour, 100 g sugar
  • 40 g crushed almonds
  • Cardboard, baking paper
  • 25 self-made lucky notes with wishes (1 x 6 cm)

Directions

    Beat the egg white with the hand mixer for approx. 1 minute until frothy. Stir in flour, sugar and almonds. Let the dough swell for about 10 minutes

    Cut out a hole template (approx. 8 cm Ø) from a cardboard about 1 mm thick. Place the template on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Pour some dough into each hole and spread thinly. Bake 5 circles of dough in a hot oven (electric cooker 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 4-5 minutes

    Open the oven door. Dissolve the biscuits in the oven immediately with a pallet or knife. Remove the baking tray and place the lucky dice in the middle of the biscuits. Quickly fold the hot biscuits down to the middle and possibly form moons. Bake 20 more fortune cookies like this
