Ingredients

  • 100 g soft butter/margarine
  • 100 g + 250 g icing sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 3-4 Tbsp Milk
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 3 deleted Tsp Baking Powder
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chocolate sprinkles,
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar dolls and beads
  • baking paper

Directions

    Cream fat, 100 g icing sugar, vanillin sugar and salt. Stir in the eggs one by one. Add milk. Mix flour, blancmange powder and baking powder and finally stir in briefly

    Using 2 teaspoons, place about 25 heaps on two baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool on the cake rack

    Mix 250 g icing sugar and lemon juice to a thick icing. Spread on the flat side of the Americans. Decorate with crumbles, sugar dolls and sugar pearls. Leave to dry
