Clean, wash and slice the zucchini. Fry the chicken in hot clarified butter all around. Add bell pepper, vegetable onion and garlic and fry for 10 minutes. Add zucchini slices and fry for 3 minutes. Add tomato puree and 200 ml water. Flavour with the spices and braise for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, for the couscous, boil 750 ml water with salt, add semolina and let it swell covered for about 5 minutes. In the meantime loosen up several times with a fork. Melt butter in a large pot, add couscous and stir for 5 minutes.
