  • 400 g Pork tenderloin
  • 400 g Fillet of beef
  • 400 g Chicken filet
  • 400 g boiled fine sausage
  • 1-2 l Oil

Directions

    Cut pork and beef fillet into fine slices. Wash chicken fillet, dab dry and cut into slices. Cut bratwurst into pieces. Heat oil in the fondue pot on the stove.

    Sit on the rechaud. Cook the meat for about 5 minutes and the mushrooms and diced cheese for 3-5 minutes. Serve with baguette and mixed pickles.
