Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into cubes (approx. 1.5 x 1.5 cm). Wash lemon, rub dry and tear off zests. Mix meat, oil, crushed pepper and lemon zests and marinate for three to four hours. Halve the peppers, clean, wash and cut into pieces. Peel onions and cut into slices. Heat the oil in a fondue pot. Remove the meat from the marinade and fry it with the paprika and/or onion slices with a fork, as desired
