Shrimp skewers on romaine salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Head romaine lettuce
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 medium onion
  • 12 ready-to-cook shrimps without shell (à approx. 40 g)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 4-6 wooden skewers

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the salad into strips. Wash, clean, seed and finely dice the tomatoes. Wash, clean and slice the mushrooms, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Peel and chop the onion. Mix everything.

    Wash the prawns and put them on skewers. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Fry in 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the skewers for 3-4 minutes while turning. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Serve on the salad. Add vinegar and 2 tablespoons of oil to the roast. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
