Roast beef with spicy potatoes

  • 7-10 Tbsp 1.5 kg roast beef with bone
  • 7-10 Tbsp (e.g. prime rib)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 200 g Salt
  • 1 kg medium-sized potatoes
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Fresh cream
  • 50 g Diced ham
  • 1 kg Broccoli
  • 30 g flaked almonds
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter or margarine
  • 1/4 l clear broth (instant)
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Cornstarch
