Ingredients

  • 1 glass (370 ml) Cherries
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cornstarch
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 3-4 drops of rum or
  • 7-10 Tbsp Bitter Almond Flavour
  • 250 g Ricotta (Italian cream cheese)
  • 150 g Schmand
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Chocolate flakes

Directions

    Drain the cherries and collect the juice. Stir starch and 3 tbsp. juice until smooth. Boil up the rest of the juice with 1 tbsp.

    sugar and flavour. Bind with mixed starch. Stir in cherries. Let cool down

    Mix ricotta with sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar, vanillin sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Fill ricotta cream, cherries and chocolate shavings alternately into 4 tall glasses (approx. 200 ml content)
