Rice noodles with Asian minced meat

While the rice noodles swell in hot water for five minutes, we quickly fry the minced meat with garlic, chilli and spring onions. Lime juice and soy sauce provide the Turbo Asiatouch. That's how fast food for the home works!

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 big red chili pepper
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 200 g Rice ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 600 g Pork sausage
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1 TABLESPOON sweet-hot chili sauce
  • 1/2 bunch Coriander

    Peel and chop the garlic. Clean and wash the chilli and cut it into rings with the seeds. Leek onions clean, wash and cut into rings. Pour boiling salted water over rice noodles and let them swell for about 5 minutes.

    Fry the ground pork in hot oil until crumbly. Fry the garlic, chilli and spring onions briefly. Stir in lime juice, soy and chilli sauce, season with sugar. Drain the noodles and serve with ground pork. Wash the coriander, remove the leaves and sprinkle over the pasta.
