Ingredients

  • 400 g Beefsteak
  • 300 g Carrots
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 Stalk leek (leek)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 250 g fine ribbon noodles
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sesame Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground cilantro
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sambal-Oelek
  • 7-10 Tbsp Coriander

Directions

    Dab meat dry and cut into strips. Peel and wash carrots and cut them into sticks. Clean and wash the peppers and leek. Cut the bell peppers into pieces, leek into rings. Peel garlic and chop finely.

    Wash and clean the chilli pepper and cut into fine rings. Prepare noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Pour onto a sieve and drain. Heat oil in a pan. Brown the meat in it and take it out.

    Add the vegetables, garlic and chilli to the pan and fry for 4-5 minutes. Add the meat. Season with salt, pepper and coriander. Add the noodles, heat up again and season with soy sauce and sambal oelek.

    Garnish with coriander.
