Mafia noodles (spaghetti in vodka sauce with steak strips)

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 350 g Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 big onion
  • 750 g Vine tomatoes
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4-5 Tbsp Vodka
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 1 (approx. 350 g) large rump steak
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 30 g Parmesan (piece)

Directions

    Clean and wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Peel and slice the onion. Wash and roughly dice the tomatoes. Drain broccoli.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion for 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with vodka and bring to the boil. Add tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Simmer openly for 10-15 minutes.

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Dab the steak dry and cut off the fat edge. Cut steak into very thin strips. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in portions in a large frying pan.

    Fry the steak strips in portions for 2-3 minutes while turning them over. Season with salt and pepper. Remove.

    Drain the pasta and put it back into the pot. Add cream to the tomatoes, bring to the boil. Add broccoli and steak strips and heat up briefly. Season to taste and mix with the noodles. Slice parmesan cheese over it.

    Drink tip: white wine.
