Ingredients

  • 4 double Bismarck herring fillets
  • 3 Onions
  • 2 Apples
  • 4 Gherkins (from the jar)
  • 250 g Schmand
  • 150 g ripened cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 bunch Chives

Directions

    Halve the herring fillets and cut into pieces. Peel onions and cut into rings. Wash, quarter and slice apples. Cut cucumbers into slices. Mix sour cream and sour cream. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and sugar

    Add fish, onions, apples and cucumbers to the sauce. Leave everything to stand for an hour. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls and fold in. Serve the herring tip with brown bread and butter curls. Garnish with salad
