Salmon rolls with pesto, romaine salad and spring onions

  • 2 Heads Mini Romaine lettuce
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 4 TABLESPOONS green pesto (glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 10 discs Smoked salmon (from the middle piece)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill and balsamic cream

Directions

    Clean and wash the romaine lettuce and cut into fine strips. Wash spring onions, shake dry and drain, cut into fine rings. Mix salad and spring onions with pesto, season with salt and pepper

    Spread the salad mixture over the salmon slices. Roll up the slices from a short side. Arrange rolls on plates, garnish with dill and balsamic cream
