Refreshing peach sorbet

Ingredients

  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Peaches
  • 100-125 ml Lemon juice
  • 100 ml Peach liqueur (alternatively peach juice from a can)

Directions

    If necessary, boil up sugar and 150 ml water the day before while stirring. Simmer for about 3 minutes and let it cool down

    Drain the peaches. Puree with lemon juice and liqueur. Stir in the sugar solution and let everything set in the freezer for 4-5 hours. Stir vigorously about every 30 minutes. Dishes
