Thickly peel oranges including the white skin. Cut out the fillets with a sharp knife between the parting skins over a bowl and collect the juice
Wash, clean, halve and add the strawberries. Mix everything with liqueur. Cover and leave to stand for approx. 30 minutes
Allow ice to thaw a little in the refrigerator. Whip the cream until stiff and allow the vanilla sugar to trickle in. If necessary, fill the cream into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout. Arrange strawberries and oranges in dessert glasses
Cut out 4 scoops from the ice cream with an ice cream scoop. Arrange on the fruit. Spray cream on them or put it on as a blob. Finally, sprinkle with chopped pistachios
