Ingredients

  • 150 g Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 25 g Baisertuffs
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar

Directions

    Defrost the raspberries if necessary. Select fresh berries and wash if necessary. 1⁄3 Puree raspberries. Crumble the meringue coarsely. Whip cream until stiff. Mix curd and sugar. Fold cream into the quark.

    Briefly fold in the raspberry puree, berries and meringue. Pour into glasses and chill.
